So have been reading about how the sausage at the Mae Hia market is the best one. We we went there today to have it. And indeed it was delicious, and brought some extra for the fridge.
However the best one i had at a tiny hole in the wall place called Sorn Chan. In fact we had our best meal so far there. Its tiny place with no menu, and they reheat the food in a microwave. But both their pork curry and the sausage was absolutely devine.
Talked a little with them, and they make their own Sai Oua. Much spicier than the one at Mae Hia market
From the tourist markets the sausage has been disappointing.
