I know obviously home is the best answer, but I’m a little worried that they’re going to turn Phuket into a shitshow very soon.
Every place I’ve been to in Asia has proven to me that the Chinese tourists ruin everywhere they go with their rude attitude (inability to wait in line, inability to talk quietly on public transport, spitting in public) and careless/thoughtless behaviour (smoking all over the place and discarding cigarette butts wherever they want, throwing trash everywhere, not respecting rules such as not talking in massage places).
I know there are many Chinese who are the exception to the above, but I’ve experienced this time and time again, mostly in the Philippines and Thailand, and am NOT excited for them all to turn up in Phuket soon.
