Best neighborhoods to walk around in? Lot of suggestions from reddit e.g. ari, thonglor, ekamai, lat prao, Charoen Krung, prakhanong etc. How do they contrast?

I am looking into neighborhoods for 2-week stays. There are tons of suggestions on Reddit its hard to contrast how are these neighborhoods different.

Mostly looking for:

\-clean streets

\-cozy cafes to sit and work

\-better if the area has a high quality vibe….I don’t even know what that means!

\- parks, bookstores etc nice to have but not a must

things trying to avoid:

\- red light district

things NOT a priority:

\-street food. I prefer cozy / hipster cafes/ restaurants over street food since not-a-foodie also work on laptop while eating so cafes/restaurants are preferable

\-bars. Don’t drink. so Alcohol not high on list.

\-shopping. I can just taxi to central/siam paragon area once a week so no need to stay there

Any suggestion?

EDIT: Based on the responses so far I am picking Pholen Chit, Wireless Road, Phrom Prong, Thong lor. Another person suggested google mapping cafes then choosing a place nearby which sounds like a good idea to me.
