Best bank for foreigner….and which one to avoid?

Hi,

I will open a second Thai bank account. I already have a Thai bank account with Krungthai Bank, and I’m basically looking for advice: which Thai banks are the best for foreigners? Which one would you say to avoid? Thanks

Edit: Most of you suggest Kasikorn Bank. May i ask how much does it cost to open a bank account with them?
