From Jan 5-7, various activities focusing on spirituality and health are taking place at Benjakitti Park, Ratchadaphisek Road, so you can kick off 2024 on feel-good notes.
Bangkok Bestival is a collaboration between the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, One Bangkok, the National Science Museum, Thai Beverage Recycle, Sustainability Expo, Big Tress Foundation, Amarin Corporation and MedPark Hospital.
It promises attendees “first happiness” on the “first Friday” of 2024 through 12 activities that are taking place at Benjakitti Park and Lumpini Park from Jan 5-7, free of charge.
The activity line-up of the second edition of Bangkok Bestival or “Krungthep Dee Tor Jai” in Thai, is as follows;
On Jan 5 at Benjakitti Park
7-8am: An almsgiving ceremony with Buddhist monks.
8-9.30am: A morning yoga and sound bath session….
