Bangkok’s Peppina opens Peppina Verde at Centara Udon

The dining scene in Udon Thani has just got more varied with the opening of Peppine Verde by chef Paolo Vitaletti of Bangkok’s Appia, Cetera, Peppina and Giglio Trattoria Fiorentina fame.

Peppina Verde is the Isaan outpost of the award-winning Peppina on Sukhumvit 33, which was voted the best pizza in Thailand and 43rd best pizza in the world in 2022’s Asia-Pacific’s Top 50 Pizza list. Given the reputation of the Italian chef-patron, you can expect Neapolitan pizza, fresh salads and premium wood-fired meats.
