Bangkok travel tips for senior citizens

My mom and her friends (all in their 60s) are visiting Bangkok for a week in August. It’s a bit of a challenge planning their itinerary. They are fit enough for the weekly zumba session, but I’m also trying to avoid activities with prolonged physical exertion (e.g., climbing a hundred steps, even if it’s for a fantastic view). I’d love to get some tips!

Here’s what I’m hoping for them to experience:

* A good range of activities
* Chill pace with plenty of opportunities to rest
* Comfortable transport to and from their accommodations
* Sufficient distribution of bathrooms (lol)

I’ve accepted that I may need to rule out a street food tour, which may be too adventurous for them. Dining in a shopping center might be a good alternative? At least, that’s what I saw in a video from Marion’s Kitchen on YouTube.

More details that might be relevant:

* They will be traveling with one adult child: my brother.
* There are 8 senior citizens in total. They won’t need to do the same activities as a group all the time. I can plan for days where half the group goes off and does their own thing.
* Half are traveling to Thailand for the first time.
* We’re from the Philippines.

I looked up tours online and initial research has yielded the following:

I plan on doing a deeper dive later on available tours, but would be happy to get any insight.
