Bangkok Post – Visualise the crises of our planet through art

Art viewers are invited to ponder on environmental and social issues during “The Tumults Of Our World”, which is running at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Pathumwan intersection, until Sunday.

The exhibition showcases 50 drawings and watercolours by renowned architect, writer and artist Jean-Michel Ferry. Each piece serves as a visual narrative, intricately crafted to complement his seminal book The Tumult Of Words, co-authored with Jean-Pierre Ghio.

This is a poignant exploration of contemporary issues surrounding the environment, societal conflicts and humanity’s impact on the planet. Through the artist’s evocative artworks and the thought-provoking texts accompanying them, the exhibition offers a compelling reflection on the challenges we face as a global community.
