Chef Weerawat “Num” Triyasenawat will be cooking up a storm at the “Taste The Magic” by Samuay & Sons, Udon Thani. The two-day, five-course dinner takes place on March 8-9 at Avani Sukhumvit’s Greenhouse Restaurant. Renowned for his “new Isan cuisine”, at Samuay & Sons chef Num blends traditional and modern techniques using locally-sourced ingredients to craft a menu that evolves with the changing seasons. The dinner begins with bite-sized Papaya salad with Grilled Betong chicken raised by Khon Kaen farmers.
