Siam Society is holding a two-day study trip to explore ancient forests and vibrant nature in Rayong and Chon Buri, from May 24-25.
Located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand, the two provinces are recognised as one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations that boast abundant natural resources. Both are celebrated for their excellent natural environment, delightful beaches, tropical fruit and fresh seafood.
Popular among Bangkokians seeking an escape, the coastal provinces are also known for their natural fertilisation and tropical climate. Both Rayong and Chon Buri are home to a huge agricultural industry in terms of both economic fruits and valuable natural resources.
