Bangkok Post – An exclusive fusion dinner at Otto

Two seasoned chefs in Bangkok will collaborate to create innovative dishes for an exclusive dinner during “Treasure Hunting”, at Otto Italian Restaurant, on Feb 28 and 29 from 6pm onwards.

The innovative four-hands dinner will take guests on an adventure in the world of authentic Turkish and Italian cuisine featuring precious ingredients from around the world, namely scallops from Hokkaido in Japan, Mediterranean sea bass from France, and blue crabs and tao toey fish from Thailand.

Based on the concepts of “Earth, Sea, River And Land”, the five-course menu will be prepared by chef Yakup — Tharit Tangsongsirisak, winner of Iron Chef 2019 and owner of Fat Lamb, one of Thailand’s top Turkish restaurants and chef Jay — Thanaphon Chatuporncharoenchai, the recently-appointed head chef of Otto restaurant whose previous experience includes stints with Canvas, a fine-dining…
