Bangkok hotel fires man who poured drink on woman’s head (Video)

A man was fired by a high-end hotel yesterday after he dumped a glass of beer onto a woman’s head because she refused to join his toast. 

Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada Hotel said last night that it had fired the male employee, who it did not identify, after he poured the drink onto a woman who refused his clank of the glass. Just to be clear on where it stands on abusing guests, the hotel said it does not support such “inappropriate” behavior.

“The hotel does not support the employee’s inappropriate behavior both during and outside working hours,” it said in a statement, as the man was off duty at the time.

The incident caught on security camera showed a man walk toward the woman – later identified as Pareploy Saeaia – and pour the drink on her. Pareploy, a 24-year-old Muay Thai fighter, immediately went after the man and confronted him. Unconstrained…
