Bangkok Air and Thai Air website issues?

Are Bangkok airways and Thai air websites having issues? I am trying to book multi-city flights from Siem Reap to Koh Samui and then from Koh Samui to Bangkok a few days later and keep getting error messages. I know some people are having issues with their credit cards but I can’t even get to that point. I get an error message just trying to select the flights I would like. I am booking from the US.
