Bangchak closes deal with ESSO, prepares to change logo to bangchak starting September 1

From this acquisition, BCP acquires an oil refinery. with a refining capacity of 174,000 barrels per day and 700 gas stations nationwide

As a result, BCP’s refining capacity increased to 294,000 barrels per day. Became a refinery with the highest refining power in Thailand Oil reserves increased by approximately 15 million barrels, resulting in increased income of 1,500-2,000 million baht.

Ready to be number 2 in the business with the highest number of gas stations in Thailand There is a 25% market share of gas stations and can expand Inthanin coffee shops to add another 700 branches, bringing the total number of branches to more than 2,100 branches.

And it is expected to buy the remaining 34% of ESSO shares, worth more than 11,600 million baht, between September 8 and October 12.
