Average rent per area?

When looking for condos/apartments, is there a way to see the average rent per area in Thailand? Obviously cities are going to be more expensive but I’d like to be able to compare average costs in rent. Also to see if lower rent is worth longer commute. I’m just looking for a 1 bed 1 bath place. I’m planning a trip to check out different regions to see where I would like to move to, so knowing average rent would help me gauge whether the cost of living is worth the area.

Thanks in advance 🙏
