Home star Atthaya Thitikul will try to win the title at this week’s Honda LPGA Thailand as a birthday present.
The Ratchaburi native, who turned 20 on Monday, warmed up for the LPGA Thailand by finishing joint 18th at the Saudi Ladies International in Jeddah in her first start of the year on Sunday.
The 16th edition of the LPGA Thailand will be held at Siam Country Club in Pattaya from tomorrow to Sunday.
World No.4 Atthaya came close to winning the tournament in 2021 when she lost to compatriot Ariya Jutanugarn by one shot.
