Basically i went with a friend of mine into one of the bars at soi cowboy. He already had a lady with him and not long after, a lady came to my table asking if she could join and i said yes.
2 minutes after she joined, i bought a drink for myself and a lady drink for her. Right after, she offered 3000 baht to hook up with her but i politely declined. ( I had no intention of hooking up, just wanted a couple of drinks with the company of a bar girl)
My friend’s lady also offered the same amount to my friend and he agreed, so he went upstairs with the lady, which leaves me alone with my bar lady.
As soon as i was alone, she started being very aggressive, she started off by scratching my thighs lightly but i scrubbed it off thinking it was just some rough play by her. She then constantly kept asking to pay 3000 baht to hook up with her which i obviously declined. The scratches then got harder and harder. That was when i knew it was time for me to leave. Before i tried to leave, she told me i had to pay 1000 baht because i ASKED her to drink with me. Even though i knew that was a total scam, i did not want to find any reason for the staff to find fault with me, so i paid and quickly walked out.
I sat at a ledge opposite of the club waiting for my friend to finish his business. Not long after, the lady came out of the bar and kept asking why i did not want to hook up with her and kept offering lower price for me to hook up which i just simply replied’ no, i am waiting for my friend’. She then brought me to a nearby corner where she told me i can wait for him over here. I followed her and yes i was very wary of the surroundings and noticed it wasn’t a secluded place, had a 7-11 next door and also taxis around. She then told me to go up WITH HER to wait for my friend which i obviously declined as i know what are her intentions.
So i waited downstairs of the place she said my friend would come down from, and she continued harrassing me and being extremely persistent, scratching my thighs, my arm and my shoulder. ( I know i should have walked away further but i was really worried for my friend if anything happens to him and i wanted to stay close to him)
Suddenly she hit me with her backhand on my side of the ear REALLY HARD.(It was infront of many taxis and a few people aswell) That was when i stood up and wanted to confront her and that was when i saw she was also holding a hair brush with a pointy end at the other end. She then spoke something in thai to a guy and i knew i had to leave this place immediately and walked as far as i could.
As i was walking, i turned around and saw a guy walking towards me aswell, so i doubled my pace and turned around again to see him giving up and talking to the lady instead.
I texted my friend to quickly finish his business and leave the place immediately and so he did and we left.
Anyone had similar experiences? Or anyone can explain to me what the fuck just happened. It was my first time in soi cowboy, did not manage to see the bar name as at that time i was only interested if the girls in the bar were beautiful or not, that was pretty much my “go” light.
