Artist shares his ‘pure perception’

Thai artist Kamin Lertchaiprasert documents his experiences with “pure perception” through a collection of paintings which are showcased during “Pure Perception? (Her)” at Atta Gallery until June 12.
The artist spent decades of his career pursuing an answer to the question — how humans perceive an unadulterated reality — through artistic practice. He found that reality is not physical appearances perceived by our sensory organs and there is also a limitation in encountering reality through emotion.
