Are the Mae Wang National Park jungle treks worth it?

Has anyone done the jungle treks to Mae Wang National Park with PM tours?

I am trying to decide if it is worth keeping on my itinerary or if I should skip it. Currently looking at doing the "exclusive tour" but I'm unsure on the rafting (weak swimmer if the raft were to turn over) and the elephant sanctuary (though apparently it's an ethical one).

What is the consensus on these tours here and which one is best? I don't have the time for the three day one.
