Does anyone have experience going from a Non immigrant B Visa or a 1 Year Business Visa to an Elite Visa? I am wondering if there are any restrictions or potential red flags to this transition. I know they don’t like Volunteer Visas and some ED Visas.
I run a business in the US and have a potential supplier from Thailand, which Is why I have the non immigrant B / business visas. Although I can continue to use these visas and renew, I’d like to get an Elite Visa in the next year or so but want to make sure all is clear before I apply.
