Aperol on the island?

Hey boys and girls and everybody in between

We are getting married in Phuket in 3 weeks, and I’m wondering if there’s anywhere in Phuket that sells bottles of Aperol? I’d like to arrange for some Aperol Spritzes for guests as they arrive, but struggling to find anywhere that sells it! But given it’s in all the resorts, surely it’s somewhere?!
