Anyone in Chiang Mai right now? Do you notice any side effects from the bad air quality?

This year I am planning to be in Chiang Mai with my 1 year old daughter and wife for 6 months from early September till early-March. My wife works as a psychologist and will keep working online during this period. Therefore we prefer to stay put in one place (Chiang Mai) so we can rent something for 6 months and set up a private home office and internet connection. I am trying to get an idea of the effects of the bad air quality during the burning season, since the plan is to be there during this period.

I thought we might have 2 bad weeks (last week of February and the first week of March) where we would mostly have to stay inside.
However I noticed that the AQI readings have been between 150-300 for the past week or so already and I am wondering what it’s like right now. Would you say it’s still okay to be in the city or is it really bad already? We would keep the 1 year old daughter mainly inside during this period, with AC filters and and an air purifier but would like to go outside for shorter periods of time (e.g. 1-2 hours).
We would prefer not to to cut our time in Chiang Mai short but it does need to be enjoyable to be there.
