Anyone had this scam ?

I was called by a delivery guy that he was about to deliver a parcel and that I had to pay 219 baht. As I was expecting a Lazada delivery on that same day, from an oversees seller, I though it might be a customs fee and called my wife at home, instructing her to pay the 219 baht. When the driver came to my house, he asked if we had ordered the item, like asked twice. She paid and received the package. Turns out it was a small spray bottle with a pink liquid that smelled strong chemical. I never ordered anything like that but was flabbergasted to see that on the shipping label, they had all my correct data, name, address and phone nr. Where did they get the info ? Was my Lazada account breached or did a previous delivery boy take a photo of a legit package and then passed it on to scammers ? Later that evening, my wife saw a post on Facebook showing a child(4-5 y/o) sniffing some pink liquid from a 1.5 litre water bottle. Was my spray bottle some kind of a cheap drug ? How did it get to me ? Is drug dealing at 219 baht a pop a thing in Chiang Mai? Perplexed…
