Basically I want to give the Thai business bank account 200,000thb from my personal funds but don’t want the taxman to see it as business income. The money will be used to buy a new counter, tables, chairs, etc for the shop.
And eventually when the business gets off the ground can repay that amount back to me and I won’t get taxed on it.
Is there a document that I must file to leave a paper trail so theres no questions about it?
