The President of the Home Builder Association proposed that the Anti-Corruption Organisation be open to everyone to combat corruption, create a convenient complaint way and be ready to publicise methods to protect-conceal-guard “Whistleblowers – Corrupt Discloser”. The association recommended to create an online construction application and one-stop service in the hope of preventing bribery.
