All Thai’d Up restaurant serves authentic Thai food in Louisville

Before I moved to Louisville seven years ago, I wasn’t a big fan of Thai food. I’d visit a Thai restaurant or get takeout every once in a while if someone else suggested it, though I was never one to seek Thai cuisine on my own. But since leaving my Hawaii home — and realizing how much I’d been taking my food options for granted — I often crave the kinds of dishes I used to be able to find all over the island.
