Agoda not helping with hotel nightmare, credit card dispute?

Booked 4 rooms for 5 nights through Agoda.

1. Showed up to hotel.
2. Tried to pay with credit card 1 – machine is down excuse.
3. Tried to pay credit card 2 – machine is down excuse.
4. Before we commit to paying cash, we asked to see the rooms. The room shown to us had yellow stains and blood stains on the sheets.
5. At this point, we said screw it and booked with another hotel nearby because we had an infant and their lobby had no a/c (emergency situation).

24 hours later, we get a “no-show” e-mail and was charged the full amount via credit card on file. Agoda on our behalf, tried to get our money back but the property said this:

1. Our credit card was the issue, not their machine. Other customers could pay just fine (wtf)
2. We didn’t enter the room shown to us, so how would we know it was dirty? (we did in fact enter the room and saw the blood and yellow stains)

Now, what documents or proof would I need to provide to my credit card company to make sure we get our money back? We have proof we were there and we showed up as we took photos, but we forgot to take photos of the blood stained and yellow stained sheets. Any help would be appreciated!
