After traveling around the world, we are moving to Chiangmai❤️ What do we need to know before moving?

My husband (38m) and I (31f) have spent the past 12 months traveling around the world looking for a new place to live. We previously lived in Shanghai.

We fell in love with the city. The only bad thing we have heard is about the burning season.

What else should we be aware of before permanently relocating to the area?

What’s your favorite area to live in Chiangmai? – We like nature and don’t want to be to far away (20mins drive max) from the city, ideally a villa with abundant land space to grow flowers.
