Advice on the Mai Hong son loop Budget

My wife and I are looking at doing the Mai Hong son loop over 14 days. We plan to stay in budget friendly double rooms, and eat mainly at local restaurants. We’d need to rent a bike (150cc) and will visit waterfalls and hot springs etc along the way.
How much should I be budgeting for this trip roughly? Thanks for any advice 😎👍
