Ltd (ABT, Rayong, Thailand) is stepping forward to be more efficient in providing services and cooperation with its customers and business partners. The ABT business was completely transferred to its parent company, AGC Vinythai Public Co. Ltd (Rayong), on July 3.
As AGC Vinythai Public Co. Ltd already owned 100% of ABT shares, this is an administrative change. It will not affect the day-to-day running of the Epinity business.
