Accor hotel group will unveil 21 new properties in Thailand
Global hospitality group Accor said that it has 21 new properties in the pipeline for Thailand that will open over the next five years, as the hotelier invests in the robust post-pandemic recovery of tourism in the Kingdom.
Thailand’s tourism executives have said that they are expecting between 25 and 30 million visitors this year after having hosted 11 million in 2022 following the country’s post-pandemic reopening. The number is expected to steadily climb higher in coming years. More than 40 million people visited Thailand in 2019 before the onset of COVID-19.
