A look at the concept of home

Art lovers are invited to enter a safe zone and feel like home at “Time To Go Home”, which is running at Trendy Gallery, until Nov 19.

This is the first solo exhibition by Kritpan Suvanwattanasuk, aka Kenz, a self-taught young artist who embraces the world as his art school and comes up with a unique and innovative approach to convey messages with profound meaning.

On display are fun paintings in candy colours that make the work look rather three-dimensional. He reflects his distinctive ideas about home, encouraging viewers to gaze back upon their beginnings and recognise that life’s adventures stretch towards the distant horizon. Even though they find themselves removed from their origins, the concept of home remains forever near.
