Not to be left out of mooncake season, the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok enters the fray with limited release treasures.

The hotel’s Chinese restaurant, Yu Ting Yuan, head chef Qiu Xiaogui has created a unique black truffle, lotus seed and salted egg yolk mooncake. Each mooncake is handcrafted and steeped in tradition but with a modern luxurious twist. “Growing up in China, my family and I would celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival together,” says Xiaogui.
