Let’s be honest, it’s not easy to find ‘cool’ or ‘hidden’ spots anymore in Bangkok. Especially if you’ve been living here for a while. Therefore I was even more excited when I stumbled upon Att. 19 gallery while strolling around Bangkok old town. Here’s my review of my now most favorite gallery in Bangkok.
Location
It’s not far from the River City and the Sheraton Hotel next to it, yet a little bit tucked away so that you need to look for the sign when passing through the soi.
Atmosphere / Surrounding / Exterior
Unlike lots of modern private galleries in Bangkok, Att. 19 gallery is huge. It spans two floors which are widely spread and equipped with a very retro/old-school interior that compliments the old-school minimalist architecture. I could be here to just look at the architecture even without the art exhibitions.
