Known to be one of the most vocal proponents of legalising casinos, Chutchawan Kong-u-dom, leader of Thai Local Power Party, is not just pushing for the relaxation of long-standing laws to get a casino-entertainment project off the ground. He is also setting his sights on online gambling and the duty-free business.
