Accused courier a Bangkok motorcycle taxi driver who said pandemic had left him in debt

The arrest took place after border patrol police stopped a suspected car with Bangkok licence plates in That Phanom district late Thursday night. The search found two sacks containing 600,000 speed pills inside the car.
