CLEVELAND, Ohio — If you’re driving downtown to see the Cleveland Cavaliers play in the NBA Playoffs at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, plan ahead. Avoid traffic frustration by arriving before and/or leaving after the crowds. Use the extra time to walk a little farther from a lower-priced parking lot to a local restaurant or bar for happy hour or a meal. Then, head to the game. Stay after the game for a beer, soda or appetizer. When the crowds clear, get out of the city.
