15 days in Chiang Mai and looking forward. A couple of questions though

Hi, I am from India. My brother, my wife, our 18 month kid and myself are planning to visit chiang mai during the month of December this year.

I am looking at posts in this wonderful community and getting good ideas regarding itinerary and eating places !

I wanted to ask two things

\- if first 15 days of December will be better than last 15 days (or doesn’t matter?) in terms of visiting, staying, expenses etc.

\- the property options i could find on Facebook groups are for long term leases. Is there a better way to rent a place for 15 days than airbnb?

We are going for 15 days as that’s the visa on arrival limit. If any Indian reading this can share their ease of experience getting 30 day visa? Will be helpful and we can consider that instead !
