14 Day trips to Thailand

My 3 friends and I are looking into planning a trip to Thailand for July or August this year for 14 days. We are wanting to see a lot of nature and spend time on the beaches. Elephant sanctuary is a must for us. We are good with any type of accommodation and would need at least 2 beds if it’s a private place. Looking for tips from experienced travellers on where to go, what to do, and where to stay! Have a pretty good idea of where to go but still open to advice. Flying from Canada. Our budget for this trip would be around 2500 USD per person. Thanks!
