Youth orchestra tunes up for Russian classics at Sathon hotel

Live music is making some noise again as Bangkok crawls back to where it was before the pandemic.

After performing two weeks on Phuket, the well-known Siam Sinfonietta youth orchestra will perform crowd-pleasing classics Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Night on Bald Mountain, Rimsky Korsakov’s Flight of the Bumblebee, and more Russian standbys are part of its From Russia with Love concert series.

It kicks off 7pm on Sunday at the Banyan Tree Hotel in the Sathon area.

Tickets are available online for THB1,000 per person, while couples or trios can get them for THB800. Tickets for groups of four or more are discounted to THB600 per person. 

Snacks will be available from Banyan Tree, and ticket holders will be given coupons for the hotel’s restaurants.
