View Property Transaction History

Hi, I’m wondering whether there is a way to see property transactions. In Singapore, there’s a database, where you can see the transactions by year (the parties remain anonymous), but you can see let’s say for a condo complex, what unit was sold, when, and at what price.

I’m a foreigner that grew up in Thailand now living abroad, and I know that the property title deed does contain the price history of a particular unit. [https://www.siam-legal.com/realestate/thailand-title-deeds.php](https://www.siam-legal.com/realestate/thailand-title-deeds.php). But I doubt you can ask to view the deed from the Land Department of certain units, or it’s possible but very tedious?

I’m interested in buying a unit in a very specific property apartment complex, and I want to know what has the selling prices been like since 2015. Old listings also seem to be deleted.

There are sites like DDproperty, but they don’t provide historical prices for specific property development, but the average price index for the entire region (Bangkok).

The only way I can think of for now is to ask a property agent who’s been in that area for a long time what the selling prices have been and take their word for it.
