Tour from Phuket to either Phi Phi or James Bond Island with old-ish parents

I’m visiting Phuket next week for the first time with my parents (around 70 years old). I’d like to take them on a boat tour of some islands with nice scenery, but after doing some research it seems like (1) the assumption for all these tours is that people would be snorkeling and swimming, and (2) the minimum time spent would be 6-7 hours. My parents will definitely not be swimming or snorkeling and I’m a bit worried that 6-7 hours is too long for them to be comfortable. My mom also has a bad knee, so may be difficult to make multiple boat transfers.

Anyone know if there is a tour that would be quicker, without any snorkeling/swimming? Or any other recommendations?
