The 2nd defendant, Yong Dodkrua, was sentenced to 13 months in prison, the 3rd defendant, Natee Riamsaen, was sentenced to four months in prison, a fine of 10,000 baht, and the sentence was suspended for a term of 2 years, and the 4th defendant, Mr. Thani Tummat, was sentenced to total 2 years in prison. 17 months and the 1st defendant, Mr. Premchai and the 4th defendant, Mr. Thani jointly pay damages of 2 million baht plus interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from February 4 to the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation.
Mr Premchai and Mr Yong filed 400,000 baht each in securities, and Thani Tummas submitted 500,000 baht in securities, asking for bail to fight the case in the appeal.

Subsequently, on December 12, 2019, the Thong Pha Phum Provincial Court read the judgment of the Court of Appeal Region 7, acknowledging the defendant’s fault according to the Court of First Instance. Along with increasing the sentence of Mr. Premchai to 2 years and 14 months, Mr. Yong increased the sentence to 2 years and 17 months. Ms Natee increased the sentence to 1 year and 8 months, fined 40,000 baht, but the sentence is suspended for 2 years. Thani increased the sentence to two years and 21 months in prison, as well as asking the four defendants to jointly pay damages to the National Park Service totaling 2 million baht according to the verdict of the Court of First Instance. 2nd and 4th, another 2 hundred thousand baht each

Then, on April 1, 2020, Mr Premchai, Mr Yong and Mr Thani filed petitions for petitions, with the judge certifying that defendants 1, 2 and 4 could petition the facts.
