Thailand travel in July

I’ll be travelling from India for a week in July. Can I pre apply for visa online to avoid delay and queue over there? Also, kindly help me with the itenerary. I’ll be landing in phuket and taking a cab to krabi, stay there for three night n then head to koh Yao yai for a day n head back to phuket, stay there for a day n be back. Kindly advice on what to do there and best way to travel from krabi to koh yao yai.
