Thai citizen now but entered with German passport

I just entered Thailand with my German passport 3 weeks ago and I got a stamp for 30 days. I prepared a long time to get all my paperwork ready to get my Thai citizenship since my father is Thai.
Now I am a Thai citizen with my Thai id card but I don’t have a Thai passport yet. I don’t plan to leave Thailand any time soon and just settled in since I moved here. Is it important to invalidate my stamp on my German passport or just get the Thai passport and explain it there? What option do I have?
