Stolen camera at the Grand Palace

Hi All!

Yesterday I believe to have gotten my camera stolen out of my bag that was strapped across my chest when visiting the Grand Palace. I am saying “I believe” because I don’t have any evidence of theft, but I never put it down outside the bag and it couldn’t have fallen out without ne hearing it or anyone else seeing it. I notified officials on site right away and went around the same path to try to find it. After leaving my contact info at the front office and lost & found, I left with a police officer to report it at the nearest station.

Is there anything else I could do to potentially retrieve it even if just the SD card that held a lot of valuable (to us) memories? Do you know of any fb groups, marketplace sites used to resell or any platform I could use that might be read by the one who has my camera and can maybe return only the SD card?

P.s I tried to get them to review cctv footage as I knew a an exact 30 min time frame when it could have happened based on other mobile phone photos but they said only the police can view the footages.
