Rental Motorbike Bussines Bangkok! What you think about?

Hello everyone, I live in Bangkok and I’m thinking about buying 2–3 motorcycles to rent out. I used to do this in Australia (with e-bikes for people doing food delivery), but now I want to do it with 125–160 scooters for tourists. I’d like to know if any of you could give me some advice on this. My idea is not to open a store at first, but to start small and, if it works, gradually buy more and formalize it (just like I did in my previous business).
• What do you think the average occupancy is?
• How many accidents or total losses should I expect?
• Where are the bikes usually promoted?
• Where can I buy bikes reliably and at a good price (I mean a store or even a private seller on a marketplace)?
• Etc.

I already have an idea in mind, but I want to see if my perception deviates from reality.

Putting aside that driving in Bangkok is dangerous and foreigners are not very skilled, what difficulties could I face? (Don’t tell me it’s illegal and that I’m a criminal for renting 3 bikes without registering the business 😂)

I’m looking for serious answers or, in the worst case, your point of view that could contribute something I might be missing or something relevant, whether good or bad. Thank you all.
