Remembering Somdet Ya

To mark the 120th birth anniversary of Somdet Phra Srinagarindra Boromrajajonani, revered throughout the nation as Somdet Ya (meaning Royal Grandmother), Siam Paragon is hosting the 23rd edition of “Kid Tueng Somdet Ya (Remembering Somdet Ya)” exhibition at its Lifestyle Hall on the 2nd floor, from Wednesday to Sunday.

Held under the theme “In Her Thoughts” to honour the late Princess Mother’s great contributions to the country, the annual exhibition which also marks the 25th anniversary of her passing will narrate her life and royal duties, as well as her noble and humble manners shaped by her discerned learning from persons close to her, by her humble living arrangements, and from the many philosophical works and other books.
