Recommendations on the itinerary for a couple!

Hello good folks!

I am traveling to Chiang Mai with my wife for 4 days. We are looking to unwind, relax and soak in the city/nature.

Our itinerary looks something like this

Half day Golden Triangle tour

Doi Inthanon naitional park tour

We were thinking about doing the golden triangle as well for a half a day and visit cafes, night markets and massage/spa places as well.

What do you think of the plan and any recommendations on must visit cafes?
