Hello Redditors, I came to post here in Thailand subreddit and your advise is so helpful and valuable.
I have a very close friend of mine and she is a good teacher and wanna pursue working as an english teacher in Thailand. Your answers will help her to get everything ready and will be much appreciated for your advise.
1. Do you have any advise which companies or schools that offer good benefits in thailand as an English teacher?
2. Is bangkok have a better opportunities? As she will travel in Thailand on October.
3. How’s the accomodations and food so far in thailand?
4. Do you have any specific places that she should avoid in thailand?
5. Do she need to take the exam like toefl or toeic exam? But she is an english teacher here already.
6. Any more advise you could share as for her as a foreigner?

a. She have a bachelor’s degree, Major in English Education
b. She is from Philippines, and our second language here is English and we use english as our primary language in University.
c. We use American English
d. She have practical experience in Teaching
e. She is also previously work as a Manager – to expand more about this, means she could do administrative task, like supervisor etc
She will go there in October in Thailand, and wanted to ask aside from being a teacher what is the possible other areas she could apply.
